Strategic Consultant working for a Healthcare Consultancy - West of London - Up to £38k

This company is a consultancy that operates solely within the pharma/healthcare landscape. The company directors have an average of 25 years' experience of working within pharma. There purpose is to support clients to develop, refine and implement their brand strategy. The way that they work enables them to deliver some truly exceptional outputs for their clients. The Role

The role is integral to the companies' function. From day one you will be client facing. The main remit of your role is turning large amounts of data and information into something that is ultimately coherent and concise. This company is a big believer in meritocracy and has a unique way of working, the company owner has a real ethos and a belief that from a client's perspective, they shouldn't be able to tell who the more senior consultant is, internally there is a very fluid structure, which is rewarded with 6 monthly pay reviews, though if you hit set objectives this can happen at any time of the year One aspect of this role is driving sales with account management. Through excellent client management and the fantastic work that you do, growth should, in many ways, be organic. Initially you would not have a new business target, but you would be positioned to open new doors and entice new clients. Client Management is another key element. You will be working with clients to delivery projects on time and to their desired specification, an exceptional standard and the aim every time is to exceed the client's expectations.


This would be a great opportunity, for someone with strong analytical skills and a desire to work for a healthcare consultancy who really are trying to disrupt the status quo, with the way that the engage with their clients.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in pharma market research or strategic consultancy
