The Company

Our client is well established Consumer Health company that have helped define the Vitamins & Minerals market in the UK. They are looking for a highly dynamic Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in London!

 

The Role

Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in London on a permanent basis. Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with the in-house National Accounts department to ensure business runs smoothly
  • Allocating customer orders and booking in deliveries
  • Liaising with customers on a daily basis
  • Arranging transport for deliveries
  • Reporting any shortages to the line manager in a timely fashion
  • Booking in goods in
  • Supporting the Supply Chain team with any other admin duties

 

You

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer facing role
  • Experience in a Supply Chain/Logistics role (preferred)
  • Good knowledge and experience using excel
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment

I cover all levels from Administration to Director level within QA, QC, Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics.

What are the hot issues in your sector currently?

For both Quality and Supply Chain, Brexit is a huge topic at the moment. Clients and candidates I work with have been working extensively to organise contingency strategies to minimise the effects to cost of manufacture and speed of product delivery.
