The Role

Med Comms Senior Project Manager / Account Manager - Global CRO - Homeworking 15% bonus - Greater London

The Role

As a Program Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Day to day project management of assigned programs
  • Working on complex multidisciplinary programs (publications programs, major congresses, promotional accounts)
  • Liaise cross-functionally with the wider team to confirm project requirements
  • Leading client calls
  • Working across 2-3 accounts at any one time, either publications or a mix of publications and promotional accounts
  • Mentoring junior team members
  • Opportunity to travel to conferences, author meetings, industry events and client meetings

 

You

To be considered for this Program Specialist vacancy you must be able to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 2 years medical communications agency experience as Account Manager, Senior account Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, Senior Program Manager, Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, Project Coordinator or similar
  • Strong client facing and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
