I specialise in Marketing roles at all levels, such as Marketing Executives, Brand Leads, Brand Managers and Product Managers.

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

The main way in which I keep up-to-date with issues is through constantly speaking with my client and candidate network and through industry relevant news and articles. 

What's your favourite film and why?

I'm definitely much more of a boxset type of person. I have a very low attention span for films - I'm currently going through the Vikings series and I love it! 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

A teleporting device where I could be in any country in the world within as short a time as possible. Love to travel but dislike the actual travelling element!

The Company

Our client is a global and very well established and fast growing pharma company with a wide range of products serving several therapy areas. They are currently seeking a National Sales Manager to lead and join the team to work on the Established Brands Portfolio that includes Market Leading products. The Role

  • Leading a national sales team, the country Sales Manager is responsible for building customer relationships and promoting the Division products to achieve or exceed sales and profit targets for the country.

  • The Sales Manager is accountable for ensuring account plans are in place aligned to strategic objectives for their country, and coaching and developing their team to ensure successful achievement.

  • The position will also form part of a broader European Sales and Commercial organization and will be required to work cross functionally across the matrix to participate in projects and ensure customer needs are met.

  • Develop and execute a strategic and tactical sales plan for specified region to ensure revenue objectives are met by using company defined financial models.



  • 3-5 years of leadership of a field based sales team with evidence of top and bottom line growth, while managing high and low performing individuals

  • A high level of business acumen and commercial understanding within a sales environment

  • Demonstrated experience leading, developing and managing performance of a remote team.

  • The ability to travel to regional and national meetings
