I'm not a big film watcher at all. I last saw The Inbetweeners at the cinema and that was hilarious!
If you could invent one thing what would it be?
Teleportation! I would teleport to the beach in Fiji for an hour on my lunch break, teleport back home to my parent's house for dinner every night and go elephant trekking, skiing or on safari just for the weekend.
What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?
I lived in Spain for a year and worked for a summer in Gibraltar and learnt to speak Spanglish.


The Role

1st Line Market Access Manager, International Speciality Pharma, Northern UK based (national role), Competitive Financial Package


The Company

Our Client are a global Pharma company with a specialist team offering state-of-the-art services and products for the treatment of various diseases of the digestive system. This role sits as head of the Market Access team and you will report directly into the General Manger!


The Role

  • As the Market Access Manager, you will be managing a team of 7 Healthcare Development Managers across the United Kingdom.
  • Your team will be responsible for providing the market access for two specialist secondary care products across their territories.
  • You will also be responsible for recruitment of new staff and redeployment of staff within the territory as required.
  • You will input into company strategy and implement new ideas for the growing company.



Within this role for a Market Access Manager, your previous experience will include:

  • Line Management experience within the Pharma industry - this can be either of Market Access teams, or Key Account Manager teams.
  • 1-3 years management experience would be ideal with ambitions to grow and develop with a company.
  • A strong background in Market Access, and a thorough understanding of market access.
  • Successes of growing and developing a team and creative and strategic planning abilities and proven accomplishments.
  • You MUST have the ABPI.
