The Role

E-detailing Representative (Headcount) - Small Pharma - Home Based (Flexible Hours Available) - £35k (DOE)

 

The Company

We are recruiting for a UK based pharma company that specialises in innovative medicine manufacture and distribution. They have a large portfolio of specialist products across a broad range of therapy areas. For this role, they are open to discuss flexible working times around school hours or other life commitments.

 

The Role

  • In this role as an E-detailing Representative, you will:
  • Build and maintain telephone contact with high priority primary care customers - both healthcare professionals and retailers.
  • Promote the company's portfolio of specialist products and services.
  • Support switching from alternative products that are on NHS contract.
  • Arrange appointments for the field-based sales team to attend.
  • Manage customer enquiries and be a useful point of contact for any inbound queries.
  • Deliver your messages in line with the ABPI and company procedures in order to achieve your sales targets and accurately record all customer interactions and plan future activity into the CRM system.

 

You

  • You will ideally have at least 2 years' work experience within a telesales/customer account manager role or a field based sale role, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • You will be ABPI qualified or be keen to complete the ABPI examinations to be fully ABPI qualified within 2 years of being in the role.
  • You will be resilient, enthusiastic and target orientated, keen to make an impact quickly in a sales role.
