The definitive cure to a hangover! Failing that a cure for the common cold. 

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?
I spent 6 months in West Virginia, U.S. on the Camp America scheme working with children aged 7-9. This gave me an understanding of caring for others and have transferred this skill into recruitment - supporting candidates' job searches and ensuring the role is right for them!

The Role

Regional Business Manager, Global Pharma, National, Competitive Financial Package

The Company

We are currently recruiting for a Regional/National Business Manager for an international Pharmaceutical company to work with their range of Over The Counter (OTC) drugs. This will involve direct line management of a team of 3 Sales Executives and will also involve working from a sales perspective with large chain buyers. The role can be for someone based anywhere in the UK, however a London/ Home Counties/ Midlands location is probably ideal due to the national coverage and location of key accounts.

 

The Role

As the Regional Business Manager your role will be multifaceted:

  • You will be responsible for leading a team of 3 across the UK
  • As part of your responsibility, you will also be promoting a range of OTC products to large scale multiples - including wholesale across the UK
  • Sales forecasting
  • Identifying new opportunities within the OTC categories including consumer health and retail

 

You

  • You will come from either a Pharmaceutical/medical/consumer care sales environment
  • You will have current line management experience within one of the above verticals
  • You will have sales expertise in the relevant OTC marketplace and large chain buyers
  • You will be extremely entrepreneurial and excited by this unique challenge!
