I specialise in Marketing roles at all levels, such as Marketing Executives, Brand Leads, Brand Managers and Product Managers.

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

The main way in which I keep up-to-date with issues is through constantly speaking with my client and candidate network and through industry relevant news and articles. 

What's your favourite film and why?

I'm definitely much more of a boxset type of person. I have a very low attention span for films - I'm currently going through the Vikings series and I love it! 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

A teleporting device where I could be in any country in the world within as short a time as possible. Love to travel but dislike the actual travelling element!

The Role

Training Manager |Field Based| Unique Opportunity| Excellent financial package

 

The Company

Our client is a large global pharma company with a wide range of products serving several therapy areas including immunolology and oncology. They are currently seeking a Training Manger to join the business to work with the field team with the main purpose being to maximise standards of in-field excellence which is critical to delivering performance. This is a role that could really suit a Marketer that is looking for a field role that is more commercial and different or a Training Manager with specific Therapy area experience.

 

The Role

  • Strategy and Planning - developing a robust understanding of assigned therapy areas, market dynamics, competitors and products

  • You will be required to observe and critically evaluate Account Plans, identifying gaps and learnings that can be taken and implement training accordingly

  • Ensuring clearly defined objectives are set for In-Field Team capability, and that the KPI's and tools used to assess progress are in place

  • Working collaboratively with the Learning Partners to ensure they develop fit for purpose learning journeys and associated learning interventions

  • Appropriately tailor and implement In Field Team Excellence processes, systems & tools across assigned Business Units, and ensuring consistent and high quality use.

 

You

  • You will have a strong understanding of the business context including the NHS & pharmaceutical environment and an awareness of the current and future functional contributions of key functions across the affiliate (including sales, marketing, medical and market access).

  • You will also understand the brand planning process including the development and execution of brand strategy

  • Change management is also a key factor in this role so having experience of successful implementation of change initiatives across teams would give you a great advantage.

  • As well as experience using tools such as CRM, dashboards, account planning tools etc. to support effective planning and execution of in-field team activities, you will have a strong understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice.
