Global Regulatory Affairs Compliance Manager - Chemicals / Bioscides - Global Healthcare Company - Yorkshire (remote working) - £ Excellent basic salary, car allowance, 15% bonus accelerators, 10% pension, healthcare, WFH for part of the week

**This company is looking to interview asap, with interviews and the onboarding process conducted remotely**

The Global Regulatory Affairs Compliance Manager - Chemicals / Biocides will manage a team of 6 Regulatory professionals focusing on a range of consumer chemicals / biocidal products. You'll remain hands on and will be creating dossiers / technical files for a range the products whilst leading the team. There will be a strong focus on product compliance as well as variations and renewals. You will be the point of contact with the wider business for all regulatory matters for your product portfolio.

The Role

The Global Regulatory Affairs Compliance Manager - Chemicals / Biocides will be responsible for managing a complex and diverse set of regulatory requirements across multiple markets.

  • Manage a team of 6 whilst remaining hands on
  • Strategic leadership of regulatory projects to meet the business objectives
  • Develop and deliver innovative global regulatory strategies in your category
  • Regulatory compliance, variations, renewals of products within your category
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory information into stakeholder friendly language.

  • Experienced regulatory professional within chemicals or biocides. Cosmetics experience as well would be advantageous

  • Strong managerial skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment and deliver to strict timescales
