The Company

Our client is an SME company with a wide range of health and nutrition products. They are currently seeking a Retail Brand and Marketing Executive to join the marketing team. You will be working under the leadership of the Senior Brand Manager and the Directors of the business to help deliver the retail brand, sales and marketing objectives and goals.

Our client is offering clear development opportunities for a driven and motivated Marketing Executive in the early stages of their career and this role will develop into a Brand Management role for the right candidate.


The Role

You will use your marketing knowledge and experience to attract, engage and convert online and in-store customers. Working with the brand, sales and marketing managers you will support the delivery of cost-effective, result-focused, integrated campaigns, promotions and in-store communications (POS). You will also:

  • Maintain social media accounts for brands, respond to customer enquiries and identify ways to grow social communities and engagement.

  • Create content plans, develop content (including some graphics and copy) and use the content across channels to meet the campaigns objectives.

  • Use the CMS to keep the websites up to date with current and relevant content.

  • Research, plan and organise events and exhibitions.

  • Support the development of online communities and members' areas.

  • Review packaging updates; prepare packaging artwork briefs, coordinate the creation with design agencies and proof packaging artwork.

  • Manage the weekly new product development (NPD) team meetings, and coordinate product sampling.

  • Assist with research and preparation for business opportunities, presentations and pitches.

  • Maintain an up-to-date awareness of industry trends and competitor activities.



You will have knowledge of digital-marketing and how these channels work together to drive brand awareness and sales conversions. You will be interested in developing customer communities and creating new products that meet customer needs.

  • You will ideally have a related degree qualification

  • Experience of working within a fast-paced and environment with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

  • A personable and creative candidate that is professional and looking for a long term opportunity

  • Experience editing videos and creating images using Photoshop.

  • Understanding of NPD and new product launches.

  • Experienced or Interest in working with relevant brands within the health, nutrition and diet industries.
