I specialise in candidate resourcing within the pharmaceutical sales and marketing industries. 

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

I keep a keen eye on pharma and bio news and gather information from the candidates and clients that I regularly keep in touch with. 

What's your favourite film and why?

This is a very tough question, it's hard to choose as I love so many. However, if I had to pick one it would probably be Hot Fuzz. Hilarious and no matter how many times I watch it there is always a funny I've missed.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

A set of bionic wings - it would make the commute to and from work a breeze...

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?

Slightly ironically I have an identical twin, which confuses people. I think my science background gives me a slight leg up when job descriptions come through, better helping me find the right people for the right jobs.

Our client is a leading global medical device company and has a wide range of innovative products across many different therapy areas. They are continually developing new products to grow their portfolio in order to be able to provide effective healthcare for patients across the globe.


The Role

A superb opportunity to be part of a great team at the cutting edge of medical & clinical supplies working for a great organisation. This role is a sales specialist position promoting a range of Anaesthesia & IV products into key accounts across the territory. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Maximising the sales of the product range using a high standard of product knowledge and professional selling skills.

  • Promote the company and attend various events such as trade exhibitions, meetings and territory visits.

  • Develop existing and new relationships throughout the territory in order to maximise sales and grow market share.



To be considered for the Sales Specialist role you will be:

  • Have had proven sales success within the medical device sales industry within the NHS and private organisations.

  • Our client is looking for someone that ideally has existing relationships with the relevant customers and has worked with IV/anaesthesia products previously.

  • Be able and willing to work towards and hit targets/objectives within the given deadlines.
