The definitive cure to a hangover! Failing that a cure for the common cold. 

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?
I spent 6 months in West Virginia, U.S. on the Camp America scheme working with children aged 7-9. This gave me an understanding of caring for others and have transferred this skill into recruitment - supporting candidates' job searches and ensuring the role is right for them!

The Company

Our Client is an innovative Global Biotech Company that aims to help people with rare and life altering conditions lead better lives. They are entirely patient and customer focused and they actively encourage employees to challenge the status quo and work creatively in everything they do. They are looking for a first class, ethical and results driven Senior Key Account Manager to join their successful and expanding team within their developing Haematology field.


The Role

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing your own accounts through cost-effective resource deployment to meet your sales targets.
  • You will be innovative and creative in your patient finding strategies.
  • You will build relationships with KOLs and prescribers and you will also deliver educational updates to KOLs and healthcare professionals.
  • You will manage the territory budget and be able to demonstrate maximum return on investment.
  • Potential to develop into a Line Management position, where you will be responsible for looking after your own team of Account Managers.
  • You will develop and lead projects and collaborate with the event planner to organise master classes and congresses etc.



To be considered for this Senior Key Account Manager position, you will be:

  • An ambitious individual with a number of years of demonstrable success working as a Senior Key Account Manager.
  • You will be able to demonstrate Leadership capabilities and be competent to take the lead with business planning and team strategies.
  • You will be commercially minded, a creative thinker and a committed team player.
  • Previous experience within a niche therapy area, such as: Haematology, Oncology or Rare Diseases will be strongly preferred/advantageous for this position
