I lead the development of our Clinical, Regulatory, PV, Quality and Manufacturing teams

Which area do you specialise in?


I focus on roles in Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance. 

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?


I participate in, and follow, industry news and conferences, such as DIA, and get involved in LinkedIn groups around my sectors. I learn mostly from day to day conversations with people working in these sectors.

What's your favourite film and why?

Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Shows my age but it's LOL before LOL was even invented! 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

The ability to add extra hours into a day when you want to. And also the option to buy extra patience with small children!

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?

I've started trying acroyoga and adult gymnastics.….injuries are sure to follow! In business, I always want to make sure we are striving for improvement and doing things differently to other companies in ways that benefit our clients and candidates. Carrot is different by name and by nature!

The Role

The Global Regulatory Affairs Senior Associate you will be responsible for:

  • Having complete ownership of your own commercial projects and seeing them through to completion

  • Working closely with Supply chain and R&D stakeholders

  • Leading a small team of 1-2 associates, the perfect step up into leadership

  • Assisting the RA Senior Manager with operational and strategic delivery

 

You

The successful Global Regulatory Affairs Senior Associate will be able to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years Regulatory experience

  • Experience or exposure to medical devices and consumer health

  • Experience liaising cross-functionally throughout the business, in particular commercial teams

  • Experience seeing projects through to completion

  • An agile, dynamic and ambitious attitude, with the desire to progress into a management role
