Having quality conversations with candidates and clients is essential for keeping up-to-date with changes and current issues facing the industry, as well as reading industry-relevant publications and social media posts.
What's your favourite film and why?
It has to be Top Gun, what's not to love? Great cast, fast planes, brilliant one-liners topped off with an amazing soundtrack.

Having spent a long time in the recruitment industry I have gained a strong appreciation for what candidates and clients really desire from a recruitment specialist. I invest time to understand what each party is looking for at work to achieve positive outcomes. Most importantly I believe in being open and honest in my communications throughout the recruitment cycle.
